Utilize our extensive database of experienced liaisons to secure the desired number as determined by the show’s talent department
Work closely with the on-site talent department the week of the event, producing a comprehensive talent rehearsal and show day schedule that itemizes liaison information, call times, and stage times, which would be regularly updated and distributed to all involved
Manage and maintain responsibility for all liaisons, as they are the face of Luminary, and our “code of conduct” will be adhered to at all times
Staffing for the positions of Talent Liaison Manager, Coordinators, Talent Liaisons, Audience Ushers, and the Talent Check-In Team
