Audience and Ticketing Management Services:

  • Prepare a Seating Strategy that works within provided parameters to address all requirements for talent, nominees, sponsors, VIPs, and the general audience

  • Produce a Seating Chart for approval and, once returned, put into effect by preparing pull sheets

  • Provide seating reports to script department as well as the director for blocking the show

  • Verify tickets and put together ticket packets that include parking and additional items provided by the production company

  • Manage seat card production and placement at venue

  • Handle place card printing and placement for tabled events

  • Staff for database creation and management until event’s completion; along with staffing services for ticket pulling and packaging, ticket delivery and pick-up, on-site will call on show day, and audience seating assistance

Talent Liaison Management Services

Allow our experienced team to:

  • Utilize our extensive database of experienced liaisons to secure the desired number as determined by the show’s talent department

  • Work closely with the on-site talent department the week of the event, producing a comprehensive talent rehearsal and show day schedule that itemizes liaison information, call times, and stage times, which would be regularly updated and distributed to all involved

  • Manage and maintain responsibility for all liaisons, as they are the face of Luminary, and our “code of conduct” will be adhered to at all times

  • Staffing for the positions of Talent Liaison Manager, Coordinators, Talent Liaisons, Audience Ushers, and the Talent Check-In Team
